Basic Responsibilities A. Assist director in managing personnel records, payroll, and budget records
B. Assist with data entry and file management
C. Assist with testing administration
D. Approve and Manage student PAFS and Timesheets
E. Maintain a well-organized and efficient office
F. Schedule disability transportation
G. Manage UAP calendars and secure room reservations
Essential Duties

A. Assist director in managing personnel records, payroll, and budget records
1. Maintain organized records and files for all programs
2. Maintain monthly budget reconciliation records for Director for comparison with ACU’s Banner System

B. Assist with data entry and file management
1. Assist SI Director with data entry
2. Assist ADA compliance officer with managing disability documentation
3. Collect and organize incoming applications and documentation
4. Assist with email correspondence concerning accommodations

C. Assist with testing administration
1. Proctor Exams as needed
2. Deliver exams as needed

D. Approve and Manage student PAFS and Timesheets
1. Submit student PAFS for all programs
2. Approve student timesheets

E. Maintain a well-organized and efficient office
1. Maintain and order office supplies
2. Ensure conference area is prepared for meetings
3. Provide hospitable environment for campus visitors

F. Schedule disability transportation
1. Coordinate with students requesting disability transportation
2. Schedule student staff for transportation
3. Schedule routine maintenance as needed

G. Manage UAP calendars and secure room reservations
1. Assist program directors and coordinators with securing room reservations for program activities
2. Assist program directors and coordinators in maintaining program calendars

Professional Development Requirements

A. Skills
1. Skill in using miscellaneous office equipment such as a computer, fax machine, and copier
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
3. Telephone etiquette

B. Training Modules Required
1. Training related to test proctoring
2. Training related to disability documentation management
3. Banner

Qualifications

A. Professional
1. High School Diploma or equivalent required, preferably an Associate’s degree or higher
2. Office experience preferred

B. Personal
1. Organized and detail-oriented
2. Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to be courteous and confidential
3. Willingness to learn ACU affiliated software programs

Physical Demands A. Ability to maintain several activities at one time
B. Ability to remain focused
C. Ability to travel across campus
