Basic Responsibilities A. Provide Tier 1 IT technical support.
B. Provide basic audio visual support for ACU Dallas campuses.
Essential Duties

A. Provide Tier 1 IT technical support.
1. Coordinate and provide front line support for ACU Dallas Mac Minis. To include maintaining inventory, imaging and OSX server management.
2. Technical support for printers and copiers. Responsibilities include updating meter counts/FM audit, ordering equipment and materials, and managing the address book for scan/fax management.
3. Assist CGPS employees with IT requests and in trouble shooting issues.
4. Manage the digital signage.
5. Manage and service ACU Dallas network. Responsibilities to include monitoring bandwidth usage/throttling and SSIDs.
6. Assist with data management (entering leads, record updates, duplications, run reports, etc.).
7. Create and manage Adobe Sign documents.
8. Represent the IT team at departmental meetings as directed.
9. Install computer workstation equipment as directed.
10. Coordinate IT requests and inquiries with Abilene campus as directed.
11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant VP of Operations and IT.

B. Provide basic audio visual support for ACU Dallas campuses.
1. Set up, maintain and provide support for projectors, Mini Macs, sound, and other audiovisual equipment for CGPS meetings and events for outside visitors.
2. Order equipment as directed by Assistant VP of Operations and IT.
3. Assist marketing and academic team with special AV projects.

Qualifications

A. Professional
1. HS Diploma or GED.
2. Computer literate in all areas (software, internet, hardware, peripherals).
3. Evidence of capacity to quickly learn new software applications and data management systems.
4. Experience in technical support preferred.
5. A+ certification preferred.
6. Experience working in an online environment preferred.
7. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar system preferred.
8. Proficiency and experience in supporting Mac Minis preferred.
9. Basic audio visual abilities (editing, production, sound, shooting, etc.) preferred.

Physical Demands A. Majority of work is performed in front of a computer; Must have ability to use the computer and remain stationary for long periods of time (6-8 hours).
B. Ability to bend, push and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance; to include, but not limited to, computer and AV hardware and equipment, tables, chairs, and packages.
C. Ability to climb standard ladders or step stools.
D. Works under pressure and manages stress well.
E. Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions.
F. Regular use of standard office equipment including, but not limited to: computer workstation/laptop (keyboard, monitor, headphones, mouse, etc.), printer, fax, calculator, copier, telephone and associated computer/technology peripherals.
