Basic Responsibilities A. Coordinate and supervise various administrative functions
B. Coordinate various tasks relating to faculty
C. Coordinate various tasks relating to students
D. Perform various personal assistant duties for Associate Dean
Essential Duties

A. Coordinate and supervise various administrative functions
1. Research and provide information for various reports and assessments (both within the University and for outside accreditation bodies)
2. Arrange and provide support for VIP meetings (Governing Board, ATS Accreditation team)
3. Manage GST office (stock supplies, manage files, supervise student employee)
4. Manage and report all operating budget activities
5. Collaborate with Associate Dean and Director of Graduate Student Services to manage departmental website content
6. Maintain Records Management Policy
7. Process paperwork to assist the GST office

B. Coordinate various tasks relating to faculty
1. Collaborate with Associate Dean in building course schedules
2. Monitor faculty load and initiate payment for overloads and adjunct faculty
3. Arrange travel for off-campus courses and adjunct faculty
4. Generate and disseminate communication from GST office to faculty
5. Arrange, attend and document faculty meetings
6. Collect and manage course evaluations, tests, and syllabi
7. Address or redirect other faculty needs and requests

C. Coordinate various tasks relating to students
1. Oversee registration process (provide release codes to advisors, process guided studies, maintain waiting lists)
2. Communicate scholarship awards to students and Student Financial Services and maintain scholarship records
3. Coordinate Graduate Assistantship and Teaching Assistantship hiring and payment
4. Collaborate with Dean and Associate Dean to arrange GST community events
5. Generate and disseminate communication from GST office to students
6. Maintain student files and databases
7. Assist in the Portfolio and Thesis processes
8. Work with Graduate School and Director of Graduate Student Services to process admission for new students
9. Address or redirect other student needs and requests

D. Perform various personal assistant duties to Associate Dean
1. Coordinate appointments, correspondence and meetings
2. Arrange travel
3. Other duties as needed

2. Google – Mail, Calendar, Docs, Drive and Sheets

B. Training Modules Required
1. Banner training (Banner budget, Banner Student records)
2. Discoverer and Cognos
3. Training sessions for any above stated skills
