This is a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position with administrative requirements, some of which will be fulfilled during summer months and include a summer stipend. Initial salary and stipend are commensurate with qualifications, experience, and educational degree. The primary work location will be on the residential Abilene Campus.

The Director of Residence Life will lead the residence life professional staff, facilitate and manage campus partnership, engage with parents and students related to housing concerns or needs, develop & co-manage departmental projects, and more.
