|Position Description/ Job Duties
||This position supports all of the Halbert Center and occasionally other Bible professors or other members of the ACU community.
The main focus of this position is to help with ACU missions programs for students, namely Global Service Trips, WorldWide Witness, and/or Gap Year Training
Duties include, but are not limited to:
General administrative work
Processing of financial paperwork
Research of data in Halbert Center and other school systems
Documentation of research and creation of various types of Google docs/sheets
Assisting with classes taught by Halbert Center staff (grading, entering grades, dealing with Canvas)
Various other projects as needed.
||The student worker will work approximately 20 hours a week.
Typically during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm
May work outside normal office hours occasionally
Position begins as soon as possible for training, the latest being the first day of the spring semester on January 13, 2020.
