a. Provide administrative support to the Assistant V.P for Alumni and University Relations
and team members.
b. Help oversee department budgets.
c. Coordinate administrative support for the Alumni and University Relations team and
assist with HR forms and policies for the department.
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable
accommodations made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
a. Provide administrative support to the Assistant V.P. for Alumni and University Relations.
b. Maintain Assistant V.P. calendar, manage travel, set meetings and participate in
c. Type correspondence and reports, manage mail merges for thank you letters, and
follow up communications.
d. Hire and supervise student employees.
Coordinate administrative support for the Alumni and University Relations division of
Advancement and assist with HR forms and policies for the department.
a. Handle HR duties, including preparing, submitting ePAFs, and approving time.
b. Work closely with Alumni and University Relations officers to provide or delegate
required administrative support.

i. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
ii. Strong organizational skills
iii. Strong written and verbal communication skills

the employee be a Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU.
i. High School diploma required
ii. Bachelor’s degree preferred
iii. Minimum of three to five years of administrative/office management
i. Well-developed interpersonal skills
ii. Professional presence and demeanor, deal with deadlines
iii. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with grace and efficiency.
iv. Discretion with confidential information regarding donors, prospective
donors and Advancement HR records.
||d. Physical Demands:
i. Sit for long periods of time.
ii. Set up meeting sites (may involve moving and setting up tables and chairs)
iii. May need to lift 25-30 pounds
