Basic Responsibilities A. Provide administrative support to the ACU Foundation, Chancellor, and to the
Assistant Vice President for Advancement
B. Provide administrative support for Advancement officers
C. Assist in the oversight and management of the Advancement, ACU Foundation,
and corresponding budgets
D. Assist with hiring, training, and supervising student employees
E. Assist with ACIMCO
Essential Duties

A. Provide administrative support to the ACU Foundation, Chancellor, and to the
Assistant Vice President for Advancement
1. Assist when necessary with the calendar, arranging meetings, and travel
2. Assist with ACU Foundation communications and donor transactions
3. Organize and maintain donor/Heritage Society files
4. Assist with event planning as needed

B: Provide Administrative Support for Advancement Officers 
  1. Assist when necessary with meetings and travel 
  2. Coordinate regular Advancement team meetings and training sessions 
  3. Assist with the facilitation and execution of endowment and gift agreements
  4. Manage game day, Sing Song and other tickets for Advancement officers

C. Assist in the oversight and management of the Advancement, ACU Foundation,
and corresponding budgets
I. Process purchase orders, payment requests, journal entries, expense reports and
purchasing card reports
2. Run monthly reports and reconcile
3. Maintain accurate files and records
D. Assist with hiring, training, and supervising student employees as they perform the
following duties:
1. Serve as receptionist and answer phones for Advancement/ACU Foundation
2. Enter contact reports
3. Manage mailings
4. Order office and break room supplies
E. Assist with ACIMCO
1. Manage mailings for Trust/Annuity check distributions and direct deposits
2. Mail ACIMCO statements
3. Mail letters and Kl statements
4. Enter contact reports

Professional Development Requirements A. Skills
1. Excellent working knowledge ofMicrosoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
required
2. Strong telephone skills
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong budgetary and/or bookkeeping skills
B. Training Modules Required
1. Banner Alumni, Finance, and Discoverer reports
2. CRM Advance
3. Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Drives, Docs, Hangouts)
4. JP Morgan Chase reporting system
5. Concur
6. Zoom
Qualifications A. Professional
1. High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred
2. Minimum of three to five years of administrative/office management experience
preferred
3. Previous budget management and/or bookkeeping experience
B. Personal
1. Well-developed interpersonal skills
2. Professional presence and demeanor
3. Discretion appropriate to working with donors and potential donors
