Hours per Week 20
Job Qualifications Must be a student enrolled full-time at ACU. Ability to follow directions and work independently. reliable, organized, extreme attention to detail, team player, and collaborative composure. Must handle confidential information with good judgement. Neat and professional appearance. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Needs to take initiative and communicate well with the team and supervisor. Proficiency of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc, and familiarity with Microsoft and Excel. Familiarity with CANVAS and Managed Missions is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Position Description/ Job Duties - This position supports all of the Halbert Center and occasionally other Bible professors or other members of the ACU community.
- The main focus of this position is to help with ACU missions programs for students, namely Global Service Trips and Fundraising.
- Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry (primary)
- General administrative work
- Processing of financial paperwork
- Research of data in Halbert Center and other school systems
- Documentation of research and creation of various types of Google docs/sheets
- Assisting with classes taught by Halbert Center staff (grading, entering grades, dealing with CANVAS)
- Various other projects as needed.
Preferred Availability Hours can be worked Monday to Friday typically 8am to 12pm; 1pm to 5pm.
May be occasional need to work outside of those hours.
