Associate Director of BSSW Program (Tenure-Track Assistant or Associate Professor) Abilene
The School of Social Work at Abilene Christian University invites applications and/or nominations for an Associate Director in the Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) program with an appointment in June 2025. This is a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position with administrative requirements, some of which will be fulfilled during summer months and include a summer stipend. Initial salary and stipend are commensurate with qualifications, experience, and educational degree. The primary work location will be on the residential Abilene Campus.
Director of Residence Life Abilene
The Director of Residence Life will lead the residence life professional staff, facilitate and manage campus partnership, engage with parents and students related to housing concerns or needs, develop & co-manage departmental projects, and more. In all areas of our work in Residence Life, we seek to exemplify Christ in the way we serve and interact with students and the university at large.
Regional Recruiter (San Antonio Region) Remote
Responsible to the Director of International & Transfer Admissions for recruiting students to attend ACU. This position is remote but will be required to live and travel within the San Antonio, Texas region.
Assistant/Associate Athletic Trainer Abilene
Responsibilities include prevention, care and rehabilitation of injuries/illnesses involving student-athletes as Assistant/Associate Athletic Trainer. Assist with medical documentation, insurance, facility maintenance, inventory management, and clinical supervision of Master of Athletic Training students.
Financial Aid Counselor Abilene
Responsible to the Associate Dean for Retention and Student Success for financial aid counseling of ACU students and their families.
Academic Operations Administrator Remote
Oversee and execute the course planning, student scheduling, and registration for a set of programs.
TRIO Tutor and Driver Abilene
Upward Bound tutors will provide one-on-one and/or small group tutoring services to Upward Bound students (disadvantaged high school students). This position also looks for students who will be available to drive Upward Bound van to transport students to and from tutoring.
Entrepreneurship Scholarship Coordinator Abilene
The Griggs Center for Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy seeks a personable and detail-oriented professional to promote and manage scholarships for students pursuing entrepreneurship. This position will collaborate with the university’s Admissions team to recruit incoming undergraduate students, including promoting scholarship opportunities. Additionally, the role will oversee all aspects of entrepreneurship scholarship administration—for both prospective and current students—including application management, disbursement, recipient progress tracking, and recordkeeping.

Records Coordinator Remote
Serve as lead administrative support to records functions and provide support to the Enrollment Advising team. Responsible for processing student admission and maintenance of student records while ensuring compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Systems Analyst Abilene
This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and is responsible for providing and supporting computer information systems to the campus community, including Ellucian’s Banner software suite, through process analysis, configuration consultation, problem resolution, and reporting. The Systems Analyst analyzes, designs, supports, and documents computer information systems, and serves as a project leader. The position provides ongoing support to users through training, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Theological Librarian Abilene
Serves as a subject-specialist librarian in the field of religion and theological studies. Teaches one course per year for the College of Biblical Studies. Offers bibliographic instruction to students, especially students of religion. Works with the Collection Services department in Religion and related areas. Serves as a librarian/archivist for the Center for Restoration Studies. Responsible to the Director of Public and Reference Services.
Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach Abilene

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic objectives of Abilene Christian University. This role involves leading the budget processes, conducting in-depth analysis, and managing the monthly-close process to ensure accurate financial reporting. The manager provides institutional leaders with actionable insights and ensures that financial plans align with the University’s mission, goals, and regulatory requirements.
