This position reports to the Deputy Chief Information Officer and is responsible for providing and supporting computer information systems to the campus community through process analysis, configuration consultation, problem resolution, and reporting. The Systems Analyst analyzes, designs, supports, and documents computer information systems and serves as a project leader. The position provides ongoing support to users through training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
