Basic Responsibilities
  1. Oversee on-campus events
    1. Create and build visit day schedule
    2. Manage appointments with campus partners
    3. Reserve locations and speakers for events
    4. Creatively adapt schedule for different seasons
  2. Assist in off-campus events
    1. Manage location rentals and food orders
    2. Assist in creating the agenda
    3. Share travel responsibilities with Director
    4. Help organize and prepare materials before event
  3. Digitally support Campus Visit in Slate (CRM)
    1. Manage confirmation emails that follow up event registration emails
    2. Build events and registration forms
    3. Update visit portal
    4. Enhance online experience for guests with new ideas and suggestions
  4. Assist and support team
    1. Assist in daily processes and tour management
    2. Aid in hiring, training tour guides and overseeing the training process
    3. Track goal progress and pivot strategy as needed
Essential Duties
  1. Organize Large Event Days
  2. Book and plan off-campus events
  3. Support the CRM through digital support
Professional Development Requirements
  1. Organized and task-oriented
  2. Hospitable and eager to serve
  3. Ability to think creatively
  4. Strong writing and editing skills
  5. Knowledge of Slate Technolutions (CRM) preferred
  6. Leadership experience
  7. Ability to make calm decisions
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. Strong organizational skills
  3. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Physical Demands
  1. Ability to organize a storage room
  2. Stand on a step ladder
  3. Lift paper boxes
  4. Walk across campus
