| Position Description/ Job Duties | Position Description/ Job Duties Work directly with OCSE dean, dean’s executive assistant, OCSE department chairs, CPHP directors, and department admin coordinators Create and produce appealing print and digital media Photograph and record college and department activities for the purpose of promotion Conduct interviews, do research, and attend events as needed Utilize all functions of social media platforms, including insights, stories, scheduled posts, etc. Maintain an organized and consistent posting schedule for all platforms Use appropriate grammar and language Understand social media etiquette Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to marketing and communications Dependable Adhere to the ACU Branding and Editorial Style Guide |
| Preferred Availability | Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, flexible schedule, some evening and weekend hours. 5-10 hours weekly |
