Basic Responsibilities |
Lead the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of multi-channel paid media campaigns. Drive performance through real-time optimization, audience segmentation and collaborative alignment across the marketing, enrollment, and web experience teams. Leverage conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and support enrollment growth. |
Essential Duties |
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive paid media strategy across search, social, display, affiliate and other digital channels, with a focus on optimizing performance to drive tuition revenue.
- Collaborate with the AVP of Marketing and web team to implement conversion rate optimization strategies for ACU.edu and campaign-specific landing pages.
- Own the performance tracking infrastructure, ensuring accurate implementation of tracking pixels, UTMs and platform integrations across marketing and web tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and report insights to leadership, providing strategic recommendations to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Manage external vendor and agency relationships (e.g., paid media agency), ensuring alignment on KPIs, budget, creative assets and campaign timelines.
- Partner with CRM, marketing automation, email and creative teams to execute full-funnel marketing strategies that support student acquisition and retention.
- Contribute to SEO and digital content strategy to support performance marketing initiatives and improve organic performance.
- Regularly conduct market research, competitive analysis and audience segmentation to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Maintain a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization through A/B testing, creative iterations and channel experimentation.
- Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes and platform updates to keep ACU’s marketing strategies modern and competitive.

- Deep expertise in performance marketing strategy and campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnel analysis and user journey mapping.
- Ability to independently develop campaign strategies, interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience managing external vendors, agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics (GA4), tag managers and performance dashboards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications |
Professional
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, with demonstrated success in managing paid media campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and other performance marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Account
- Engagement/Pardot), and Salesforce systems.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics, A/B testing, and website performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
