About ACU

Title of Position OISVS Operations Intern
Department Office of International Students and Visiting Scholars
Hours per Week 10
Job Qualifications The successful candidate will be familiar with general office software and ACU platforms, such as Slate, Banner, Google drive and Adobe. We are looking for an upperclassman who is detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Position Description/ Job Duties After learning the basic office functions and resources, the OISVS intern will assist in creating and optimizing a student handbook, setting up automated emails through Slate, creating videos from printed content, and streamlining various workflows using available technology. The intern will also assist visitors to the office when needed.
Preferred Availability 10 hours per week during business hours.
