Job Qualifications

A background in graphic design, arts, or videography is strongly preferred.

Additional requirements include:

  • Must handle confidential information with good judgment.
  • Experience and high level of proficiency with all types of social media.
  • Experience and comfortability with camera for photography and videography.
  • Experience and moderate proficiency with Canva, MailChimp, and Illustrator
  • Experience and moderate proficiency with basic office software (Excel/Google sheets; MS Word/Google Docs, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills / detail oriented
  • Flexibility to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Position Description/ Job Duties

Assist Halbert staff with mobilizing activities/events:

  • Creating action plans, contacting vendors, and creating and executing creative concepts
  • Build, manage and monitor social media networks and content that showcase Halbert activities.
  • Create event graphics in different dimensions for different platforms
  • Provide input into Halbert mobilizing strategies
  • Explore/help discover important mobilizing niches
  • Available to work regularly for 8-10 hrs./week, with occasional increases
Preferred Availability Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
