Basic Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize website analytics, marketing performance dashboards, marketing & website performance analysis, and cross-platform data integration.
  • Transform marketing and website analytics data into actionable insights.
Essential Duties ● GA4 Setup & Configuration: Expertly set up and configure GA4 properties, data streams, custom dimensions, and metrics.
● Conversion & Event Tracking: Implement and manage customer journey milestones, (or, “conversions” / “key events”) and custom events in GA4.
● Tag Management: Utilize Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage tags, triggers, and variables across various platforms including GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
● Data Integration: Seamlessly integrate GA4 with Google Ads, Looker Studio, Salesforce CRM, Slate CRM, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms for comprehensive performance tracking.
● Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
● Audience Segmentation: Create and manage audiences for remarketing and analysis, and establish predictive metrics.
● Reporting & Analysis: Develop detailed reports and dashboards in GA4 and Looker/Data Studio. Perform ongoing data analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
● Data Presentation: Communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders using clear, layman-friendly reports and visualizations.
Professional Development Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Data
Science. Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required.
● 5+ years of hands-on experience in website analytics (Google Analytics specifically) and
marketing performance analysis. At least 18 months of hands-on experience with GA4.
● 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced website tag management using Google Tag Manager.
● Proven expertise in data integration processes across web analytics, marketing, and CRM systems.
● Advanced skills and experience with spreadsheets, including vlookup, pivot tables, and formulas. Spreadsheet macro expertise is a plus but not required.
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate in both verbal and written formats.
● Computer competency, with knowledge of, or ability to learn quickly, new technologies and software.

Physical Demands ● Ability to sustain extended periods of time sitting and typing on a computer.
● Physical capability to engage in all responsibilities identified in this position description.
● Ability and energy to physically negotiate ACU locations and buildings, if/when this remote role is occasionally required to travel to ACU locations and buildings.
● Lifting/moving of office-related items needed to perform this role (up to 30 lbs.)
