||Candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn new technology. This position does not require advanced technical skills to enter, but will challenge and grow your understanding of how the web is constructed.
This is a client-facing position, which means strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. In many cases, clients will make requests via email, so the ability to understand, analyze and respond to written communication clearly is key. Candidates must also be able to respond to multiple requests or work on multiple assignments in an organized and timely manner.
Notably, candidates will need to have the following skills and traits:

|Position Description/ Job Duties
||The primary task of this position will be to help maintain and enhance the content found on acu.edu and acu.edu/community. Whether it is a specific request from the department or an effort by University Marketing to improve the quality of our sites, the Campaign Coordinator team will be gatekeepers of high standards, brand consistency and inspiring content.
On a daily basis, this will mean responding to client requests organized in our ticket-management system. In times when client-requests are minimal and if there are no other special projects assigned, we will prioritize areas of the web that we feel need to be improved. As a member of the Web Coordinator team, your input will be expected and will heavily influence the next version of the page(s).
||NOTE: For the current semester, we are looking for candidates who have availability on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Morning or afternoon schedules are welcomed, but we ask that you work for at least three hours per shift so that you can perform meaningful work. In certain cases (e.g. mid-terms, finals, etc) we will try to accommodate an increased academic need and reduce hours temporarily, if needed.
We ask that you plan to work between 12-15 hours per week at minimum, although you are welcome to work up to 23 hours per week.
