Essential Duties |
A. Coordinate Bookkeeping Functions of the ACU Dallas Campus:
a. All Dallas Requests for Payment (RFP) b. Journal Entries (JE) c. Performing Payroll and Marketing Allocations d. Purchasing Card Reconciliation Reports (P-Card) and timely submission of P-Card entries from staff e. Ad Hoc as assigned
B. Provide Other Document Processing Support for:
