| Position Description/ Job Duties | Assist Director & Success Coaches as needed Create flyers and update bulletin board outside TRIO office Update calendar in office with TRIO events Maintain orderly and organized work space Assist with managing student records and communication as needed Plan and coordinate connection opportunities and social events for TRIO SSS students Perform essential office duties (making phone calls, cleaning as needed, maintain email, turn office Ipad on/off, play music on office speaker, run errands around ACU campus) Other assigned office duties as needed (maintaining records, laminating, scanning, updating office calendar) |
