ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. All applicants must be professing Christians and willing to support the Christian mission and purpose of Abilene Christian University while employed by the university.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Management:
Monitor and respond to general inquiries in the Resident Life office email inbox.
Forward specific emails to the appropriate staff members.
Assist in drafting and sending out routine communications to residents.
Meal Plan Coordination:
Assist with the organization and distribution of meal plan information.
Help residents with meal plan selections and changes.
Maintain accurate records of meal plan assignments.
Administrative Support:
Perform data entry and maintain office databases.
Organize and file documents, both physical and digital.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide general office support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.

Event Assistance:
Support the planning and execution of Resident Life events.
Help with event setup, coordination, and cleanup.
Special Projects:
Assist with various projects as assigned by Resident Life staff.
Conduct research and gather information as needed.
