Job Qualifications | -Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office tools, email, web browser) and ability to learn and become proficient with new software such as Canva and Suitable. -Ability to create or update visual content using software such as Canva or Adobe Suite products. -Strong attention to detail. -Ability to multitask and prioritize requests from various departments. -Excellent communication skills, particularly written communication. -Desire to assist staff with implementing the mission of Experiential Learning. -Experience with Wordpress is preferred, but not required. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Self-motivated and resourceful. -Ability to take initiative and quickly pivot between tasks. -Able to problem-solve and troubleshoot. -Dependable. -Neat, professional appearance. |
Position Description/ Job Duties |
This position provides administrative support for Compass, specifically with our digital assets. These are including, but not limited to: roadmaps (both physical and on our website), flyers, one-pagers, social media, and more. This job will interact daily with staff in Experiential Learning to promote various events, provide information to students, and more. Additionally, this position will engage with Compass from an administrative side, including pulling data, approving events, and creating events for Experiential Learning. Collaboration, creativity, organization, and communication are key to excelling this position. |
Preferred Availability | 8-12 hours per week, beginning the week of June 2nd. In person over the summer preferred. Flexible scheduling. |
