Faculty Position Information

The Graduate School of Theology invites applications and nominations in writing for a tenure-track faculty position and Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program, beginning in the Fall of 2026. Rank and disciplinary area are open, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must hold a PhD or a DMin. The person appointed must be a motivated, collegial, and service-oriented leader. The candidate should also demonstrate competence in teaching and should possess or be able to develop a well-defined program of research as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications and presentations. In addition to teaching and research, the applicant should be able to engage ministers and other congregational leaders, while also being able to work with the GST Dean to expand the reach of the Doctor of Ministry program.
