Student Worker for Senior Researcher

Reports to the Senior Researcher/Prospect Manager. Responsible for carrying out various office duties and tasks as assigned. Good personal communication skills with initiative and ability to work solo or as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience with MS Word and Excel preferred. Training on university databases and other essential duties will be provided.

- Maintain and update specific information in CRM databases or Google Drives.
- Screen and pre-research reports/lists as needed.
- Update and maintain prospect records and other information as appropriate.
- Provide basic online research using research tools/resources.
- Compile and organize lists in Google Docs, Excel, or in CRM database.
- Run campus errands.
- Occasional filing, copying or other duties as assigned.

10-20 hrs per week
