I. Basic Responsibilities
II. Essential Duties
1. Conduct weekly synchronous supervision sessions. 2. Provide rich and timely feedback on student work, being both encouraging and constructively critical. 3. Facilitate class size of approximately 8 students. 4. Provide timely and helpful answers to students’ inquiries regarding course material or academic matters. 5. Facilitate and grade all assignments in a timely manner. 6. Provide supervision about case management skills, general clinical issues, developing clinical skills, and Internship site dynamics. 7. Support students as they prepare for the Capstone Theory of Change Paper and Clinical Presentation. 8. Enter final course grades after consultation with lead faculty and/or program director by deadline. 9. Alert faculty and/or program director to any student issues. This includes performance issues (e.g. failing grades, failing to turn in assignments, etc.) and policy violation issues (e.g. plagiarism). 10. Comply with all pertinent policies and procedures outlined in Abilene Christian University’s Handbook, Faculty Guidelines, and those specified by the college. 11. Other duties, as assigned and directed by lead faculty and/or program director.
