Basic Responsibilities | ● Oversee the current main website and take the lead on its short-term and mid-term performance optimization efforts ● Simultaneously plan and launch a fully redesigned website within the next 12 months. ● Develop, communicate, and enforce a comprehensive website governance policy. |
Essential Duties | ● Oversee all aspects of the website’s performance and student enrollment impact. ● Establish, monitor, and ongoing reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for website operations and website performance. ● Identify, plan, and lead current-website performance improvement projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. ● Plan and implement the future-state website’s structures, including site mapping, taxonomy, and wireframing. ● Create and deliver a comprehensive website governance plan. ● Communicate the website governance plan to all internal stakeholders. ● Enforce the website governance plan, continuously. ● Ensure continuous alignment of all relevant internal staff and external partners on strategic website goals. ● Mentor and lead the web operations function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website projects with business objectives and ensure a seamless user experience. |
Professional Development Requirements |
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. |
