Faculty Position Information

The Graduate School of Theology invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position beginning in the Fall of 2025. Rank is open, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The GST is seeking someone with a PhD, ThD, or DMin in relevant areas for teaching and research. Area of expertise is open to applicants who can teach in one or more of the following: Theology, Modern and American Church History, Old Testament, or in some area of Ministry. Additionally, the ability to teach in Spanish would support existing and future initiatives.

The person appointed must be a motivated, collegial, and service-oriented leader. The candidate should also demonstrate competence in teaching and should possess or be able to develop a well-defined program of research as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications and presentations. The successful candidate for this position will also demonstrate commitment to forming persons for ministry as well as the capacity to serve the church through scholarship, ministry, and public life. Nominations of and applications from qualified women and minorities are especially encouraged.
