Title of Position Accounts Payable Student Employee
Department Accounts Payable
Hours per Week 15-30
Job Qualifications • Must be a current student at Abilene Christian University
• Punctual, Attention to Detail, Proficient at Repetitive Tasks, Self-Motivated, Customer Service Oriented
Position Description/ Job Duties • Entering invoices for the next check run.
• Reviewing payment entries
• Processing checks for mailing
• Separating and disbursing mail
• Document Prep and Electronic Filing
• Auditing Travel and P-Card Expense Reports as needed
Preferred Availability Monday - Friday; May- August temporary summer position
