Basic Responsibilities

The Director of Enrollment Systems will report to the Dean of Admissions, working closely with the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Strategy and Dean of Retention and Student Success to support strategic initiatives and serve as the primary administrator for the university residential student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. There are currently three unique CRM instances all powered by Technolutions Slate for Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, and Student Success. The expectation with this role is to enhance the current system capabilities and utilize technology to support the universities goals to grow enrollment.

The key principles of this job are to:
1. Support ACU’s Mission: Educate students for Christian service and leadership throughout the world.
2. Support ACU’s Strategic Plan for undergraduate residential new student enrollment growth.

Essential Duties

1. CRM Administration
a. Technical operator of CRM (Technolutions Slate) and serving as a subject matter expert for all three instances.
b. Develop, customize, and maintain the CRM instances.
c. Ensure data integrity through rules, automation, and auditing.
d. Maintain documentation, including procedures, configuration, and architecture.

2. CRM Cross Departmental Collaboration and Development
a. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement enhancements and new features.
b. Configure and customize CRM to meet the specific needs of different departments and users (e.g., queries, forms, reports, workflows, and portals)

3. CRM User Training and Support
a. Provide user support and training.
b. Assist in maintaining user access and security.
c. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to records, integration, and general system issues.

4. Other Duties
a. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the goals of the admissions office and the university.

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Technolutions Slate Captain or CRM Administrator.
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting ability and the ability to create sustainable solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in enrollment (admissions and/or student success) or a related field preferred
  • A commitment to the values and mission of ACU.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Physical Demands

● Work extended hours at certain time of the year
● Work some weekends
● Work evenings regularly
● Travel as needed
● Handle stress well (high volume and high speed demands)

Location
● A hybrid remote and in-person will be considered
● Monthly travel to campus in-person will be required
