Upward Bound tutors will provide one-on-one and/or small group tutoring services to Upward Bound students (disadvantaged high school students). This position also looks for students who will be available to drive Upward Bound van to transport students to and from tutoring.

Executive Director of Academic Operations Abilene
Serves the ACU system—ACU-Abilene, ACU-Dallas, and ACU Online—by overseeing academic operations and faculty affairs across all instructional locations. This role ensures compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards, while overseeing faculty records, employment processing, academic policy execution, financial tracking, and enterprise system implementation. The Executive Director of Academic Operations builds strong cross-functional relationships and serves as a central resource for academic leadership and university stakeholders.
Student Lifeguard Abilene
Lifeguards will be responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of those using the lap and leisure pools in the facility. The major responsibility of this position is to observe swimmers and enforce regulations in the guarding of life and prevention of accidents.
Doctoral Research Coordinator (DRC) – Faculty Appointment EdD in Organizational Leadership Remote
The Doctoral Research Coordinator (DRC) is a full-time faculty member who supports the dissertation and research process for doctoral students in the EdD in Organizational Leadership program. The DRC serves as the primary point person for students in the early stages of their dissertation journey and is responsible for teaching dissertation-related courses, mentoring students, coordinating dissertation committee assignments, and overseeing the data tracking and storage of dissertation milestones.
Vice President for Advancement Abilene
The Vice President for Advancement (VPA) reports directly to the President and is responsible for setting and executing the strategy in the areas of fundraising, donor relations, alumni and university relations, planned and estate giving, and university events. Director of Multicultural Student Engagement Abilene
The Director of Multicultural Student Engagement reports to the Executive Director of the Office of Intercultural Engagement and Belonging and is responsible for directing initiatives aimed at the development, support, and overall success and persistence of ethnic and multicultural students within the ACU community. The Director has primary responsibility for identifying, developing, and implementing cultural diversity enrichment initiatives and programs to foster an inclusive and respectful academic and social environment. The Director implements these programs in collaboration with other campus groups and departments.
Programmer Analyst Abilene
This position reports to the Deputy Chief Information Officer and is responsible for the development, maintenance, and administration of computer software used by the university. Analyzes departmental and user needs and then recommends or writes software to provide an appropriate solution.
Systems Analyst Abilene

The Talent Search Advisor is employed by Abilene Christian University through a United States Federal Government TRIO grant. The Advisor works with students in the 6th -8th grade in the Abilene ISD school system. The majority of Project participants are low income students, with the potential of being first generation college students. The Advisor assists these students through workshops and counseling to prepare for and succeed in college. The Talent Search Advisor will be the front line of contact for all Project participants and will be primarily responsible for providing the benefits offered by the Project.
Student Success Manager - Engineering, Physics and Mathematics Abilene
The Student Success Manager will recruit new students and retain first-year Engineering, Physics and Math students, support the Enrollment Services Team, collaborate with department chairs and faculty to share the current messaging of the programs with prospective audiences, and Provide mentorship and promote student success for the first-year experience for students considering Engineering, Physics and Math.
