1. Front-facing service position in the Learning Studio that manages and delivers support services for students and faculty.
a. oversee training of new student employees and team meetings with student staff
b. ensure delivery of professional and effective front desk support by student staff
c. provide scheduled faculty support through 1-on-1 appointments
d. oversee maintenance of checkout cameras and equipment
2. Lead training in the Learning Studio for entire classes producing media projects.
a. work with staff to select and test new software with potential application to media storytelling, including video, audio, and photography projects
b. schedule and deliver software training to classes to support assigned projects and strategic projects
c. identify video training opportunities, write and present scripted content on camera
3. Manage strategic projects as assigned.
a. develop promotions that support campus initiatives (Adobe CC, LinkedIn Learning)
b. work with Cornerstone director to plan and deliver media production for spotlights
c. work with FilmFest participants in fall and spring to ensure completion of submissions
d. coordinate professional workshops to support students developing video, audio, and photography skills
e. work with Cornerstone and English composition faculty to identify success of digital essay video and web content
f. schedule or assist with filming and editing of guest speakers and events for colleges
